Our Combat Sports Program is built around a flexible, periodized training model designed to enhance your performance whether you're preparing for a fight, peaking for a tournament, or building strength in between events. No matter where you are in your fight camp, we've got you covered.

Program Phases:

Foundational Strength: Build a rock-solid base by developing strength, packing on muscle, and boosting work capacity. This phase ensures you’re in top shape and ready for the next level.

Strength Phase: Ramp up your force production and get exceptionally strong. Proper strength training makes you faster and more explosive—it doesn’t slow you down. We focus on building maximum strength while ensuring your agility improves.

Strength & Power Phase: Transition from pure strength to sport-specific power. This phase incorporates grip training, neck strengthening, and rotational power exercises crucial for MMA, BJJ, and wrestling performance.

Power, Speed, & Agility Phase: Focus on speed, agility, and explosive power. Perfect for sharpening reaction time, quick footwork, and dynamic movement patterns needed in combat.

Most programs include 3 to 4 days of lifting, plyometrics, and power training, along with 1 to 2 days of additional or supplemental speed, agility, or conditioning work. I design the programs for athletes who can train 5 to 6 days a week, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to. You’ll still see great results even if you need to modify the training days to fit your schedule.
