Each phase is different based on the specific goals of the program. Most programs include 3 to 4 days of lifting, plyometrics, and power training, along with 1 to 2 days of additional or supplemental speed, agility, or conditioning work. I design the programs for athletes who can train 5 to 6 days a week, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to. You’ll still see great results even if you need to modify the training days to fit your schedule.

We highly encourage a gym membership since our programs include a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, sleds, med balls, and more. An at-home gym can work if it has the standard gym equipment. However, exercise substitutions can be made if needed.

Each phase is different based on the specific goals of the program. Most programs include 3 to 4 days of lifting, plyometrics, and power training, along with 1 to 2 days of additional or supplemental speed, agility, or conditioning work. I design the programs for athletes who can train 5 to 6 days a week, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to. You’ll still see great results even if you need to modify the training days to fit your schedule.

We highly encourage a gym membership since our programs include a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, sleds, med balls, and more. An at-home gym can work if it has the standard gym equipment. However, exercise substitutions can be made if needed.

You can cancel anytime through the app by navigating to "Billing Info" and scrolling to the bottom where it says "Please cancel ALL subscriptions". There are no commitments or hidden fees.

Please note: Simply deleting the app does not cancel your membership. You’ll need to cancel your subscription first, then delete the app.
