Improving top speed and acceleration are the keys to becoming a fast athlete. Faster athletes make more plays. Period.
3
Everything we do is to make you a more powerful athlete. Power isn't just moving heavy weights fast. Training for power lies on a spectrum known as the Force Velocity Curve. Each part of this curve will provide a different stimulus and adaption on the body to make you a truly powerful and explosive athlete.
2
Strength is the foundation. We get our athletes strong AF to improve their force output and and set the stage for improving their explosive power.
1
As explosive athletes you need to be able to be powerful at a moments notice and do so over and over again without getting fatigued. We do this by training our 3 energy systems for both improving capacity and repeat power ability.
6
Unlock the trifecta of athletic excellence. Often overlooked, these elements are crucial for peak performance and career longevity and durability throughout your season.
5
Being agile comes down to being able to decelerate, having good body control, footwork, and decision making before reaccelerating into position and thats exactly how we train to improve our agility and lateral quickness

"After only 2.5 months training with Nick, my performance has significantly improved—I'm more explosive and powerful than ever. With a crucial fight approaching, I turned to Nick. His program, designed with specific phases, was tailored perfectly to peak my performance right when it mattered most. The blend of plyometrics, strength training, and Nick's attentive coaching not only prepared me for my fight but set a new standard for my training. Whether you're in it for fighting or any other sport, Peak Performance stands out. It's a solid 5-star program, thanks to Nick's effective training and supportive approach. Highly recommended for anyone serious about elevating their game."

“I started with Nick in early April; I wasn’t training for a specific event, I just wanted some refreshed programming and started by doing Peak Performance. I went through 3 phases and saw noticeable increases in strength, flexibility, and durability. It’s such a comprehensive and intentional schedule and the app was really easy to use. I then transitioned into a month of metcon. The metcon workouts are really efficiently built and I was able to drop about 7lbs over the month while keeping the gains I made over the prior two months on Peak Performance. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Nick and his program enough. He is great to work with, super knowledgeable, and really available if you need extra support or have questions.”

"As someone who's always been on the smaller side (5'3" and 130 lbs) I faced my fair share of challenges.I was always an easy target wherever I went. I went to college to play ball, ended up getting hurt and let my mentality weaken so much. I decided to get back into the gym and ran into a lot of barriers, lower back pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, knee pops during every single gym sesh. So it became less and less enjoyable. I found Nick’s page and a few days later I paid and signed up. I was so excited to work with him. Almost a month in and he’s done so much for me, not only has hehelped me become a better athlete, he helped me get less and less of those knee pops, elbow pops, and shoulder pain. But mostly, he helped me with my mentality. And that really stayed with me.”

"Training with Nick has upped my game and helped prevent injuries, key for me as a rugby player. Nick customizes my training to fit around my practice and game schedule, ensuring I get the right workload without overdoing it. The training program in the app is straightforward, with clear instructions and videos for every exercise. If you're looking to improve in your sport, Nick's knowledge and experience will get you there, enhancing your performance and mental toughness. I highly recommend Peak Performance to any athlete looking to step up their game. Big shoutout to Coach Nick!"

"I found Nick close to 3 months ago and I signed up for Peak Performance. I had broken my foot but Nick right away gave me a training plan on how to keep in shape since my track season was coming up. My foot healed after 2 track meets. It was a process getting back into running but luckily Nick was on my side and motivated me. He gave me mobility exercise and drills to do. Once the season ended, I got back on track with Peak Performance. My numbers prior to my broken foot on the 40-yard dash and 100 m were 5.2 and 13.4. So in about 3 months with his program, I am able to run a sub 12 100 m and can run consistently a 4.7 and 4.8 in the 40 yard dash. Take in mind, I am a mid distance runner so this is just speed gains that are happening. My vert went up 4in and my board jump went up 15in. This is all because of Nick and Peak Performance. But you won’t see these results unless you start with Nick and stay consistent. This is the first online program that I can say is not a gimmick and provides real results.”

"I often think, if only my younger self had known about trainers like you 20 years ago. I'd have been farther, both in terms of physical and overall health. Knowing back then that this is where I needed to be would have made all the difference. As an athlete right now, if you want to get off a couch when you’re 60 and feeling good, these are the types of workouts you need to be doing. People are so worried about likes on IG, and it's really about you being healthy. Even after two weeks of being sick, I managed back to back classes, each an hour long. Despite feeling my lung capacity wasn't at its peak, I outlasted the young bucks who were resting against the wall. Here I am at 40, just recovered from being sick, and already outperforming in my first week back. So, when they ask me what I am doing, I point them your way. "Follow this guy. Try this program. This is it."
